1. HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?
We have been in business since 1946, manufacturing furniture for worship centers, church’s and funeral homes under the same name and location

2. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We have been located in AZUSA California since 1946

3. ARE YOU A MANUFACTURING COMPANY OR JUST A SALES REPRESENTATION COMPANY?
We manufacture new seating products as well as the re-manufacture of existing products.

4. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SOLID WOOD OR ARE THEY PARTICLE BOARD OR VENEERS? DO YOU USE MDF?
Our normal product is manufactured from SOLID OAK. You may choose a different species but it will still be out of solid product. WE DO NOT use pressed wood, particleboard or mdf. Pulpit furniture will be manufactured from the finest of plywood.

5.WHO WILL INSTALL OUR FURNITURE
Our factory-trained personnel will install all new pews and refurbished pews. All new chairs are delivered to the church. To save money, the church usually does installation of chairs. All furniture is delivered in factory owned vehicles that are insured and licensed. Our employees are long time veterans of this industry.

6. WHEN REUPHOLSTERING OR REFINISHIG PEWS, DO YOU PERFORM THE WORK HERE ON OUR JOBSITE OR DOES YOUR COMPANY DO THE WORK AT THE FACTORY?
Our re-conditioning process includes disassembly at the job site and then we return to our factory for the specified work that you have contracted for. We firmly believe that all OPERATIONS should be completed at the factory (hospital), not in the garage or parking lot or sanctuary. After the work is completed at our DUST CONTROLLED factory with FILTRATED SPRAY BOOTHS, we then return to your jobsite with product and usually install within ONE day.

6A CAN YOU STORE OUR PEWS IF WE WANT TO PAINT AND CARPET AT THE SAME TIME YOU REFURBISH OUR PEWS?
Yes of course we will store your pews in our factory warehouse. All buildings and properties are insured and enclosed for safe storage.

7. DO YOU HAVE PAINT AND SPRAY PERMITS FOR CALIFORNIA?

We are the only CHURCH FURNITURE MANUFACTURER & RE-MANUFACTURER in California that that possess the above permits, spray permits, spray booths and filtration systems. Other companies are not using filtration systems and they are spraying without booths and filters and are damaging our environment!!

We gladly invite you to visit our factory and factory showroom for a personal guided tour. WE HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU TOUR ALL BIDDERS PROPERTIES. IN FACT WE PROUDLY PROVIDE A VIRTUAL TOUR OF OUR FACTORY IN THE FOLLOWING SEGMENT.

13. DO YOU HAVE WARRANTIES ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
Yes all of our products have warranties. Whether you purchase new pews, pulpit furniture, pew chairs, pads, kneelers or have your existing furniture refurbished we willsupply you with the warranty with the contract.

Any warranty is only as good as the future of the company. You can be confident in our performance because our next generation of company leadership and fine furniture craftsmen are in place now. Your warranty will be secure and continue to remain in force for its duration because of the foresight to prepare our fourth generation of leaders.

14. HOW LONG IS NORMAL PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY?
Normal contract time for production of pews and or pew chairs is 12 to 14 weeks. Pulpit furniture can be manufactured within 4 to 6 weeks. Some pulpit furniture is in stock in our showroom for same day pick up or delivery. And yes there are certain circumstances that production can be set up for a QUICK DELIVERY schedule. WE DO STOCK CHAIRS FOR QUICK DELIVERY.

15. WHAT ABOUT RE-UPHOLSTERY AND REFINISHING SCHEDULING?
Usually reupholster and refinishing can be set up for a 6 to 8 week lead-time. After fabrics and wood colors are chosen we set up a schedule on the calendar and most churches are completed within a 1-week period

16. WHAT DO PEWS, PEW CHAIRS AND PULPIT FURNITURE COST?
Your next step is to contact our office. We will set up an appointment to visit your job site and go through your furnishings request. For chairs we can give you a quote that same day.

 

Spray booth exhaust filtration systems
If your pew refurbishing company does not have a spray booth with filters you are doing a terrible dis- service to our environment our spray booths are “permitted” and have double staged filters throughout.
We “recycle” and are “green” aware!
Ask all bidders to show you permits and photos of spray booths and filters. This earth is a gift – it deserves our respect.
