CHAIR DELIVERY AND SET UP
If you have the availability to pick up your chairs from our factory in Azusa California, then
please know that we will gladly help you load your truck at our facility. This is known as (FOB-Freight on board). Please inform us of your decision and we will advise you of the size truck you should bring.

If you are in the Southern California area we will give you an estimate for delivery of your
chairs by our company trucks with company trained personnel. This does not include the unstacking or line-up of the chairs. If you need this service, request a quote at the time of your chair purchase.
For normal delivery we will be glad to off load the chairs into your church or worship center on the 1st floor. They are stacked and protected in stacks of 13-16.
You are then responsible for opening, unwrapping, unstacking and then lining up the chairs (IT’S A CINCH).
We suggest using scissors to remove the protective plastic & cardboard. If you use razors, please be very careful when coming close to the fabric. Be careful unwrapping your beautiful new chairs.

If you are not in our immediate area, we will ship the chairs to you via OLD DOMINION
freight lines. The truck driver will bring the chairs to the back of his truck and you will be responsible to off load the chairs and bring them into your building to unwrap and set up.
We suggest physically strong and able people to do this unloading and set up of the chairs (The chairs will come to you 13-16 in a stack). We have experienced women doing a fine job with set up of the inter locking chairs. We have also learned that day laborers from Home Depot have been hired for this task with great success.
We request that you use dollies to move the stacks of chairs.You are able to purchase our dolly at a very reasonable price. With orders over 100 we supply a dolly to you when requested.
(DO NOT SCOOT, PUSH OR PULL CHAIRS ACROSS THE FLOOR WHILE STACKED)
